Sometimes you just need a refresher.

To dust off whatever you've been carrying on your shoulders.


Start here:

  1. Shift your focus elsewhere.

  2. Go out into nature.

  3. Complete a simple task.

  4. Move your body.

  5. Journal your thoughts.

  6. Cleanse your space.

  7. Practice breathwork.

  8. Get still.

  9. Focus on your 5 senses - taste, smell, sight, sound and feel.

  10. Meditate.

I encourage you to try any or all of these the next time life feels overwhelming. It really is that simple.
