Shift your focus elsewhere.
Go out into nature.
Complete a simple task.
Move your body.
Journal your thoughts.
Cleanse your space.
Practice breathwork.
Get still.
Focus on your 5 senses - taste, smell, sight, sound and feel.
Meditate.
