This retreat is dedicated to uninterrupted space for women to slow down, connect within, and nurture their feminine essence. At the heart of Harmony is an untouched 300 year old forest - the serenity, wisdom and resiliency of the trees embrace you with each step along the moss carpeted trails. Crystal clear waters to refresh and soothe you, whether you go for a dip, lounge lakeside, or shut your eyes and unwind to the rhythm of the water. The yoga deck sits at the edge of the embankment with views that still the soul, slow the heart and prompt you to breathe deeply. On a clear night the glow of the stars stir the spirit to universal consciousness and higher dimensions. Your stay includes five luxury cabins nestled at the top of an escarpment, surrounded by the wilded woods of nature. In the centre of the circled cabins is a fire pit and seating area waiting for long fireside chats under the starry sky. Cancellation Policy

For retreats lasting more than one day, a non-refundable $500 deposit is required to secure your spot. You can choose to pay the full amount at once, or make 3 payments (to be discussed privately with me). For day retreats, 50% of the amount is due to secure your spot, and is nonrefundable. You have 48 hours to cancel for a 50% refund. Cancellations made after the 48 hours are nonrefundable. For private yoga sessions or sound baths, 48 hours for a 50% refund. Cancellations made after the 48 hours will be nonrefundable.
